John joined The Wine Group in 2007 as General Counsel and was named Chief Financial Officer in 2015. He has served on TWG’s board of directors since 2013 and was appointed to CEO in 2022.
Prior to joining TWG, John was a practicing attorney and worked in The White House as Special Assistant to the Deputy Chief of Staff and to the Counselor to the President.

Keith joined The Wine Group in 2011. He was promoted to General Counsel in 2015 and to Executive Vice President in 2017. In 2019, he became the Chief Legal and Human Resources Officer. Prior to joining TWG, he worked for almost a decade in Mergers & Acquisitions, Venture Capital and Private Equity at three of the Top 30 law firms in the world – Cooley, Paul Hastings and Ropes & Gray. Before that Keith was a CPA at PricewaterhouseCoopers in New York.

Mike joined The Wine Group in 2006 as a Winemaker. He held several leadership positions across Winemaking and Operations prior to being named Chief Operations Officer in 2023. Prior to joining TWG, Mike worked at Bronco Wine Company.

Jen joined TWG in 2023, bringing 20+ years of global finance, strategy, and commercial experience in the alcoholic beverage and consumer goods industries. Previously, she served as CFO for KEEN as well as spent over 11 years at Constellation Brands in various finance leadership positions, including SVP and Global CFO of the Wine & Spirits division.

Amy joined The Wine Group as the Chief Strategy and Growth Officer in 2021 bringing nearly 25 years’ experience in the wine industry. Prior to joining TWG, Amy held key innovation, planning, and strategy roles with E&J Gallo, and most recently as President of Wente Family Estates. She has also led several industry and humanitarian associations.

Eric joined TWG in 2022 as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). Previously, he served in CHRO roles for Del Monte Foods and Blue Diamond Growers. Eric brings 25+ years’ experience in the Food & Beverage industry with additional roles earlier in his career a PepsiCo and Nestlé.

Helen joined TWG in 2023 as Chief Marketing Officer, bringing more than 25 years of experience as a transformative marketing leader and brand builder. Prior to TWG, Helen held senior marketing, strategy, and general management roles with major food and CPG companies, including Calavo Growers, Foster Farms, and General Mills.

Kevin joined The Wine Group in 2010 and was promoted to Chief Sales Officer in July 2021. Kevin has 30 years of experience in the wine industry. Prior to joining TWG, Kevin worked for the E & J Gallo Winery for 18 years in sales, operations, and international roles.

Kevin joined TWG in 2010 and was named Chief Strategic Alliances Officer in 2023. Previously, he served as Chief Customer Officer. Kevin has over 25 years’ experience in national accounts in the wine and spirits industry. Prior to joining TWG Kevin has been leading national account and category teams at E&J Gallo, Coors, and a national private label company.

Sudhir joined TWG in 2012 as leader of the Information Technology function. Prior to TWG, Sudhir worked in wine industry for over 6 years at Jackson Family Wines.

Isaac joined The Wine Group in 2013 and was named Executive Vice President of Commercial Finance and Insights in 2022. Prior to joining The Wine Group, Isaac worked in the Beverage/Alcohol division at Nielsen.
