Prior to joining TWG, John was a practicing attorney and worked in The White House as Special Assistant to the Deputy Chief of Staff and to the Counselor to the President.

Keith joined The Wine Group in 2011. He was promoted to General Counsel in 2015 and to Executive Vice President in 2017. In 2019, he became the Chief Legal and Human Resources Officer. Prior to joining TWG, he worked for almost a decade in Mergers & Acquisitions, Venture Capital and Private Equity at three of the Top 30 law firms in the world – Cooley, Paul Hastings and Ropes & Gray. Before that Keith was a CPA at PricewaterhouseCoopers in New York.

Previously, she served as CFO for KEEN as well as spent over 11 years at Constellation Brands in various finance leadership positions, including SVP and Global CFO of the Wine & Spirits division.
